Crabmeat Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/4 c. evaporated milk
2 Tbsp. flour
1 lb. crabmeat
salt and pepper to taste
10 to 12 round buttery crackers
Preparation

Melt butter, add onions and celery and cook over low heat until transparent.
Add flour and mix well.
Add milk and seasoning; mix well.
Add crabmeat.
Pour into buttered dish. Crumble crackers over crabmeat.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
