Low-Fat Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans sweet potatoes, mashed*
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. ginger**
    1 carton Egg Beaters
    1 c. low-fat evaporated milk
    2 (9-inch) unbaked pie shells
Preparation
    *If using sweet potatoes from the garden, use 1 cup of sugar or substitute Sweet 'N Low or other artificial sweetener. **Sometimes I use pumpkin pie or apple pie spice.
