Scalloped Potatoes With Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4-inch thickness
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    1/4 c. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. milk, scalded
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Layer in an 8 x 8-inch baking dish with a lid. Bake, covered, for 1 hour at 325\u00b0. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
