Peachy Pork Picante "Ole" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless pork, cut in 1-inch cubes
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    8 oz. chunky style salsa
    1/3 c. peach preserves
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
    Add pork and cook to brown, stirring occasionally.
