Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. plain white corn meal
1/2 c. plain flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 heaping Tbsp. sugar
3 medium size onions, chopped
1 egg
1 c. sweet milk

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and drop by teaspoon into hot oil where fish is frying.
Fry until brown.
