Ted'S Swiss Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    5 oz. flour
    10 oz. chicken stock
    21 oz. milk
    8 oz. Kraft Cheez Whiz
    3 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
    salt
    white pepper to taste
    10 oz. Sauterne wine
Preparation
    Melt butter and add flour.
    Add milk and chicken stock to make a roux, stirring constantly.
    Bring to boil; let simmer 15 minutes.
    Stir in Cheez Whiz and Swiss, stirring constantly. Simmer 15 minutes; add salt and pepper to taste.
    Just before serving, add wine and simmer one minute more.
    After dishing out, add a dash of Kirschwasser on top of each serving (optional).
