Chili Con Queso - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. garlic, minced
    1 to 2 bell peppers, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 to 2 fresh jalapeno peppers, chopped
    cilantro, chopped
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, diced and drained
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Saute veggies in a small amount of olive oil until tender-crisp.
    Add drained tomatoes.
    Drain all in a colander. Micro-melt cheese.
    Add veggies and mix.
    Serve warm with tortilla chips.
