Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. diced apples, peeled
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Peel and dice apples; set aside.
Pour oil in bowl and add sugar and eggs. Beat well.
Mix dry ingredients and gradually add to the creamed mixture.
Fold in apples and nuts.
Bake in oblong cake pan or tube pan for about 1 hour.
Test with a straw.
This is a good, moist cake and does not require icing unless desired.
