Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
2 apples, peeled and thinly sliced
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

In heavy 10-inch skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of butter.
Add apples and cook over medium heat until apples are just tender. Stir occasionally.
