Funnel Cake Or Drechter Kucha - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
2 c. milk
shortening (for frying)
powdered sugar
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Beat eggs with milk and add to flour mixture, beating until smooth.
Heat shortening to 375\u00b0.
Hold funnel over hot shortening, holding spout closed with finger. Pour batter into funnel.
Allow batter to flow through funnel into hot shortening, moving funnel to form a coil pattern.
Fry about 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Drain on absorbent paper; sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Serve warm.
This recipe makes 6 to 9 funnel cakes.
