Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 carrot, peeled and sliced
1 c. peas
2 potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine beef, salt and pepper.
Pat in bottom of lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Top with a layer of onion, then a layer of carrots and peas, ending with a layer of potatoes.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Combine soup with water and mix until smooth.
Pour over vegetables and meat.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
