Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick oleo
1 c. Minute rice
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water
salt
pepper
1 fryer, cut up
Preparation

Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Add rice, soups and water. Stir until all is blended.
Place raw chicken on top of rice mixture.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until chicken is done.
Remove foil and bake another 15 minutes.
