Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 to 3/4 c. cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 stick butter
Ritz crackers
Preparation

Boil chicken breasts until done.
Cut into bite-size pieces. Mix chicken with cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth and butter (melted).
Top with Ritz crackers, crumbled.
Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
