White Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. candied fruit
2 lb. white raisins
2 qt. chopped pecans
4 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
12 eggs
1 lb. pure butter, melted
Preparation

Mix fruit, raisins and pecans in a large pan.
Pour sugar over fruit and mix with hands until fruit is coated with sugar.
Pour flour over fruit/sugar and mix with hands.
Beat eggs and pour over mixture; mix well.
Pour melted butter over all and mix well.
