Purple Passion Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can pitted dark sweet cherries, drained
    1 large can pineapple chunks, drained
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 large container Cool Whip
    juice from cherries
    juice from pineapple
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese with mixer.
    Mix enough cherry and pineapple juice to make 1/2 cup.
    Add juice to the cream cheese and blend well.
    Add the other ingredients to the cheese mixture and blend.
    Spread in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Refrigerate for at least one hour.
    Sprinkle with nuts.
