Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
    1 lb. butter, softened
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. red pepper
    4 c. flour
    pecan halves
Preparation
    Cream cheese with butter.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Stir in flour cup by cup (dough should be soft).
    Roll into small balls, about the size of a nickel.
    Press on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Top with pecan half.
    Bake for 12 minutes at 375\u00b0.
