Nonfat Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. cocoa powder
    4 tsp. cornstarch
    2/3 c. evaporated skim milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Stir first 3 ingredients in a small saucepan.
    Stir in evaporated skim milk.
    Cook and stir constantly over medium heat until thick.
    Cook and stir 2 minutes more after sauce starts to bubble.
    Remove from
    heat and stir in vanilla.
    Makes 1 cup.
    One tablespoon equals 47 calories and 0 fat.
