Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round or sirloin steak
    2 tomatoes, diced
    2 cloves garlic
    1 can beef broth
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 bell peppers
    1 c. green onions
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Melt oleo in skillet. Mash garlic.
    Cut steak in 1/2-inch strips. Sprinkle with paprika and set aside.
    While preparing other ingredients, brown the steak and garlic in oleo. When brown, add the pepper and onion. Cook until wilted.
    Add tomatoes and broth. Simmer for 20 minutes.
    Mix soy sauce, water and cornstarch. Stir into mixture and stir until thickened slightly.
