Weight Watchers Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut up fryer or 5 chicken breasts
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 Tbsp. onion flakes
    3 raw carrots, cut into pieces 3 inches long
Preparation
    In a large pot, combine ingredients.
    Brown chicken until golden brown.
    Do not add water.
    Cook on low heat about 1 hour. Good over rice or noodles.
