Corn Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. crushed soda crackers
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1/4 c. undiluted evaporated milk
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. shredded carrot (fine)
    1 tsp. chopped celery
    1 tsp. chopped onion
    6 drops Tabasco
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Combine corn and all ingredients, except cheese and paprika. Mix thoroughly and turn into a greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Top with cheese and sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until mixture is set and top is golden brown.
