New Orleans Wine Sauced Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    6 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. white wine or water
    1 tsp. chicken bouillon
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 bay leaf
    1 3/4 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. diced onions
    3/4 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Rinse chicken and pat dry.
    Mix flour, salt, pepper and paprika.
    Dredge chicken in this mixture.
