Shrimp Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. cooked, peeled shrimp
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    3 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1/3 c. chili sauce
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. lemon and pepper salt
    1/2 tsp. liquid hot pepper sauce
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. minced bell pepper
    1 1/2 envelopes gelatin
    3 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in blender except gelatin and cold water. Blend well. Soften gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes. Dissolve over hot water.
    Add gelatin to mixture slowly.
    May be molded for salad or served as hors d'oeuvres. Garnish with olives and parsley.
    Makes 12 to 14 servings.
