La Cours Punch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

juice of 9 doz. lemons
4 large pineapple, cut in small chunks
7 c. sugar
3 1/2 qt. white wine
3 1/2 qt. champagne
1/2 pt. curacao
10 boxes frozen strawberries
Preparation

Combine lemon juice, pineapple chunks and sugar.
Immediately before serving, add remaining ingredients and pour over large chunks of ice.
This makes 11 gallons and is a lovely punch for receptions.
