Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground sage
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Combine eggs and milk. Stir in crackers, onion, parsley, salt, sage and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Add beef; mix well. Pat into a 5 1/2-cup ring; unmold in shallow baking pan. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes or pat mixture into 8 x 4 x 2-inch loaf pan. Bake for 1 1/4 hours. Spoon off fat.
    Combine catsup, sugar and mustard. Spread over meat. Return for 10 minutes.
