Hot Bacon Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. water
1/4 lb. bacon, diced and fried
Preparation

Mix and beat until well blended.
Cook in diced fried bacon until thick. Cool.
If used for potato salad, add 1 teaspoon mustard and 1/2 pint light cream.
