Double Crispy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 cups crushed corn flakes
    1 egg
    1 cup milk
    1 cup flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 lbs. frying chicken (rinsed and dried)
    3 Tbsp. melted butter or oleo
Preparation
    Place cereal in a shallow pan and set aside.
    In a small mixing bowl, beat together egg and milk.
    Add flour, salt and pepper, mix until smooth.
    Dip chicken in batter, then coat with cereal.
    Place in a single layer, skin side up, in foil lined shallow pan.
    Drizzle with melted butter.
