Western Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (16 oz.) can corn, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can red kidney beans, drained
    1 can condensed cream of tomato soup
    1 c. American cheese, shredded
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. instant minced onion
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 pkg. or more corn muffin mix
Preparation
    Brown beef in skillet.
    Drain.
    Stir in corn, kidney beans, tomato soup, cheese, milk, onion and chili powder.
    Bring to boil. Turn into casserole.
    Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Mix 1 or more boxes corn muffin mix to cover top of casserole.
    Bake 20 minutes longer or until corn bread is golden brown and done.
