Linguine And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. light cream
    1 c. Swiss cheese
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. Parmesan
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. linguine noodles
Preparation
    Cook and drain noodles. Rinse with hot water and drain again. Mix sauce ingredients. Cook and stir over low heat until cheeses melt and sauce is well blended.
    Pour over noodles, coating well. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons Parmesan on top.
