Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stewed chicken, boned and cut up
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 jar pimento
1 c. Minute rice, cooked
1 c. light salad dressing
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. chicken broth (I use Swanson)
Preparation

Saute celery, onion and green pepper in butter.
Mix all together.
Pour in baking dish.
Top with almonds, if desired. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
