Mock Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, diced
    salt and pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 c. cracker crumbs
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and pack into large baking dish.
    Cool in refrigerator overnight.
    Cut in squares, flour and brown in oil. Place meat back in baking dish.
    Add 1 can mushroom soup and 1/2 cup milk to meat drippings.
    Pour over meat and bake 45 minutes in a 325\u00b0 oven.
