Marinated Pork Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. dry sherry
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. thyme
4 to 6 lb. boned, rolled and tied loin roast
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Put roast and marinade in a tightly sealed bag overnight in refrigerator.
Turn and press occasionally to distribute marinade.
