Hamburger-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 c. whole kernel corn, drained
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. onion, minced
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. water
    4 strips bacon, cut in halves
Preparation
    Layer rice, then corn, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Layer 1 can tomato sauce, 1/2 c. water, onions, green pepper and ground beef (uncooked).
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Layer 1 can tomato sauce, then 1/4 cup water.
    Cover with bacon strips.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until bacon is crisp.
