Ham Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 Tbsp. milk
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
    1 tsp. celery seed
    dash of onion salt (optional)
    1/4 c. pecans, chopped finely (optional)
    10 slices boiled ham
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, except ham.
    Spread thin layer of mixture evenly over one slice of ham.
    With cheese side up, roll up ham slice.
    Wrap in wax paper or Saran Wrap.
    Chill for several hours or overnight.
    With a sharp knife, slice into thin slices.
    To hold together and make them easier to serve, put toothpick through each one.
    Makes about 80.
