Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 strips bacon (substitute other meats, such as sausage or ham)
    1 1/2 onions
    2 c. Swiss or Cheddar cheese
    8 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 (9-inch) pie crusts
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. mushrooms
    1/2 c. green pepper
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp; cut into small bits.
    Reserve 2 tablespoons bacon grease.
    Chop onions, mushrooms and green pepper; saute in bacon grease.
    Grate cheeses.
