Pepperoni Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken, boneless, skinless, cut up in 1-inch pieces
    2 sticks pepperoni, sliced
    1 large white onion, sliced
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    2 to 3 medium zucchini, cut up
    1 pkg. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 small pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. Marsala wine
    olive oil
Preparation
    In large frying pan, cook chicken in olive oil until it turns white.
    Remove chicken, add more olive oil and fry onions until clear.
    Add pepperoni and chicken.
    Cook five minutes, then add mushrooms, tomatoes, spaghetti sauce mix and wine.
    Cook five minutes.
    Add zucchini, cover and cook 5 to 10 minutes longer. Serve over rice.
