Chiffon Cheese Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon jello
1 c. boiling water
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 large can evaporated milk
2 1/2 c. graham crackers
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 stick oleo
Preparation

Dissolve
jello
in boiling water and set aside.
Cream lemon juice,
sugar and cream cheese until smooth.
Add jello mix
and this
mixture together.
Blend crumbs and oleo until mixture
is moist.
Spread
half
of
crumbs on bottom of 9 x 13-inch
pan and
add
first mixture, then sprinkle remaining crumbs on top and chill.
Makes 12 servings.
