Curry Pork Dish With Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. curry
    2 onions
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt
    pepper
    1 1/4 c. chicken bouillon
    2 apples
    4 to 5 tomatoes
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Cut up the meat in cubes and saute with curry in butter or margarine.
    Saute for about 5 minutes while stirring.
    Add onions and flour. Stir.
    Add the salt, pepper and bouillon.
    Simmer for about 10 minutes on low heat. Cut up the apples and tomatoes and add to the meat mixture. Cook for 15 minutes longer.
    Correct seasonings, adding more spices to taste.
    Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve over rice.
