Crunchy Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 head romaine lettuce
    1 bunch broccoli
    6 green onions (with tops)
    1 pt. fresh mushrooms
    2 pkg. Ramen noodles
    3/4 c. slivered almonds
    1/2 c. sunflower kernels
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. oil
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Tear lettuce into bite-size pieces. Break broccoli into small florets. (You may steam broccoli but keep it crunchy.) Chop onions with tops. Slice mushrooms. Crush noodles before removing from package. Saut almonds, noodles and sunflower kernels in margarine. Set this aside to cool.
