Chicken Or Crab Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. sliced mushrooms
    1 pkg. artichoke hearts
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. chicken stock
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. cooked chicken, cut in large pieces or may use crab
    1 Tbsp. dry sherry
    2 Tbsp. flour
    paprika
    1/2 onion, sliced
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Cook artichoke or use canned.
    In small bowl, blend flour, milk, broth, salt and pepper.
    Melt butter and saute onion and mushrooms until tender.
    Pour in milk mixture and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Remove from heat and stir in sherry and half of the cheese.
    Place artichokes in bottom of greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
