Nut Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. crushed vanilla wafers
    2 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 can Eagle Brand milk (sweetened condensed milk)
    4 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine crushed vanilla wafers, raisins and chopped pecans.
    In another bowl, combine Eagle Brand milk and lemon juice.
    Pour Eagle Brand milk/lemon juice mixture over dry ingredients and mix well.
    Shape into a loaf or roll.
    Wrap tightly in waxed paper or foil.
    Place in refrigerator overnight. Slice thin and serve.
