Low-Fat Garlic Croutons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 pieces diet bread
    garlic powder
Preparation
    Sprinkle bread with garlic powder on both sides. Put on a cookie sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray or use a rack to put bread on.
    Bake in 300\u00b0 oven until bread is dry and crispy, about 25 minutes.
    Turn bread halfway to get both sides dry. Break in pieces and keep in airtight container until ready for use.
