Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 to 20 oz.) pkg. frozen California Blend vegetables, thawed and drained
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 jar (small) chopped pimento, drained
    1 c. French fried onion rings (28), crumbled
Preparation
    Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 of cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 of onion rings.
    Pour into 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Top with remaining cheese and onion rings.
    Bake 5 minutes longer, uncovered.
    Vegetables will be crunchy.
    For more well done, precook according to package directions.
