Italian Sausage Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Italian sausage, cut up in slices
4 medium onions, chopped
3 lb. boneless beef, cut up in small pieces
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 large cans tomatoes
1 large green pepper
3 stalks celery
1 small can chili powder
2 (16 oz.) cans chili beans
salt and pepper to taste
shredded cheese
Preparation

Brown sausage and set aside.
In drippings, cook beef, onion, garlic, green pepper and celery until meat is done.
Add tomatoes, chili powder and chili beans.
Mix sausage in this mixture and cook until tomatoes are soft. Cook on low heat.
Garnish each serving with shredded cheese.
