Mediterranean Coffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. strong hot coffee
    1/4 c. chocolate syrup
    1/3 c. sugar
    4 (3-inch) cinnamon sticks
    1 1/2 tsp. whole cloves
    1/2 tsp. anise flavoring
    peel of 1 orange (in strips)
    whipped cream
Preparation
    Measure 4 cups of freshly boiled hot water.
    Add 4 level teaspoons of Nescafe instant coffee.
    Stir vigorously 5 seconds. Pour immediately into four ready cups and serve.
    Serves 4. Repeat process for coffee addicts (or double ingredients).
