Oven Fried Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

6 Tbsp. butter
2/3 c. dried bread crumbs
2/3 c. whole wheat or all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. crushed rosemary
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. buttermilk
12 chicken wings
Preparation

In 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch roasting pan in 425\u00b0 oven, melt butter.
Remove pan from oven.
On wax paper, mix next 5 ingredients.
Pour buttermilk into small bowl.
Dip one wing at a time in buttermilk, then in crumb mixture.
Place wings in melted butter in roasting pan, turning to coat evenly.
Bake 35 minutes or until chicken wings are tender.
