Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 stick butter
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Cream flour, sugar and eggs together, then add buttermilk, vanilla and nutmeg to taste.
    Mix well, then pour in 9-inch pie pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
