Casserole Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 potatoes
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 tsp. salt and pepper
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper (green)
    1 pt. sour cream
    dash of sugar
Preparation
    Cook potatoes
    in skins until tender.
    Cool and refrigerate overnight.\tPeel
    and
    grate.
    Add\tother above ingredients. Place in
    greased
    casserole dish.\tBake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
