Mom'S Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots, peeled, sliced and cooked until tender and drained
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation
    Add the rest of the ingredients to the cooked carrots and marinate in refrigerator overnight.
