Cream Cheese Blintzes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    3/4 c. flour
    3 eggs, beaten
    3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    sour cream
    1 (10 oz.) Birds Eye red raspberries in lite syrup
Preparation
    Stir together milk, flour, eggs, 1 tablespoon margarine, sugar and salt; beat until smooth.
    Let stand 30 minutes.
    For each blintz, pour 1/4 cup batter on hot, lightly greased skillet.
    Cook on one side only until lightly brown.
    Spread browned side with sour cream and roll up.
    Before serving, brown in remaining butter.
    Top with raspberries and sour cream.
    Makes 8 servings.
