Pecan Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg white
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. pecan halves
dash of cinnamon (optional)

Preparation

Beat egg
white
until\tpeaks
form.
Gradually
mix in brown sugar,
vanilla
extract and cinnamon.
Dip pecan halves individually into mixture and place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake 30 minutes at\t250\u00b0.
Turn
oven
off\tand let sit for 30 minutes with oven door closed.
